What’s covered under our 90-day guarantee:
If the software you receive is faulty or doesn’t work as intended, you may request:
• A replacement license at no extra cost
• Or a full refund, within 90 days of your purchase
Even after the 90-day period, we’re still here to help. In most situations, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement if your issue falls within reasonable circumstances.
Limitations & Exceptions
Our 90-day policy does not apply to cases caused by:
• User setup errors
• System incompatibility
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind or voluntary cancellation
Refunds and returns are only granted when the issue originates from the product itself and not from external causes.
Returned Payments & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to our payment terms. If a payment is reversed or disputed, you’ll be responsible for:
• A $50 returned payment fee
• And the full amount of your original order
Unresolved balances may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency and, where necessary, reported to relevant authorities.

While we do our best to resolve issues, please note we’re not liable for:
• Compatibility problems
• Installation issues caused by your device
• Data loss or system errors
• Any damages exceeding the value of the purchased product

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
