Order Changes and Cancellations
24-Hour Change Window
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders enter processing, and modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Before Dispatch

Product Returns
Return Conditions
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags or labels attached.
Exclusions
Custom-made items or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] with the subject “Return/Refund Request.”. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Include your order number and any photos or videos that demonstrate the issue.
- We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email.
- You just need to print your return label and pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.
If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
Item Exchanges
Exchange Criteria
You must return unwanted products with their original condition within 30 days from the date the items were received for exchange. Every item must be exchanged for a maximum number of one time.

Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding your refund approval status within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Warranty Information
If your product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please send us a photo and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps, including possible replacements. Note: normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
